We understand attending a dental visit can bring up questions, below are some of the most common questions we’ve encountered over the past 15+ years with our clients.

What are your office hours?
Monday – Friday 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Saturday 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
How far away from the border is your office?
Our offices are two blocks from the line, about 300 m (980 ft) that will take you 4-5 minutes walking.
What should I bring with me to my first dental appointment?
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
- Dental Insurance Card (if applicable)
- Identification such as Driver’s License, Military ID, State ID or SAIN ID
In case of not being able to attend to my appointment, how much time in advance should I cancel my appointment or notify your office?
Please notify us 24 hours before your appointment by calling our offices during work hours. If not possible, please send us a message to our email: appt@garciadentalcare.com.
Should I bring a companion to my appointment?
It will be recommended depending on the type of dental procedure to be performed.
Can I eat before my appointment?
Yes.
What are the Post-Operative Indications?
Post-operative indications are very simple. For your convenience you can download them here so you can have them with you at all times or to leave at plain sight (fridge 😉 ).Â
How often should a general dental cleaning be done?
It is recommended to visit your dentist every six months for a dental cleaning.
